Some performances at Theater Wit are general seating. The house opens twenty minutes prior to the performance for seat selection.
Our house management will make every effort to seat latecomers, but please be advised some shows, due to capacity issues or performance requirements are not open to late seating. We strongly recommend you arrive at the theater
If you are unable to attend a performance, or are unable to be seated, please talk to our box office staff immediately. While all ticket sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, we do issue vouchers (see below) that you can use to see a subsequent performance. Alternatively, you can convert your ticket purchase into a tax-deductible donation if your schedule doesn't allow you to return.
Patrons with a voucher can attend any performance presented by that company. For example, if you miss a production produced by Theater Wit, we will issue you a voucher good for any one of our performances. To redeem the voucher, just drop by the theater on the day of the performance and put your name on the waiting list. We'll release new tickets for the performance as soon as we're able to, based on availability, on a first-come, first-served basis.
If local restrictions require a performance to be cancelled due to COVID-19, all single ticket holders, Wit members and Flex Pass will be credited in full. Subscribers should contact the producing theater for refund policies.
